Set Coverage and Launch Plan

We configure your employer account, coverage rules, eligibility, and launch materials so employees know how to access care. Most teams can launch in as little as two weeks.

Employees Choose Care

Employees complete a short intake, review best-fit therapist options, schedule a free consultation if helpful, and book care with the therapist they choose. If an employee already has a therapist they trust, they can refer that provider to join the Samata network. Once approved, they can use employer-sponsored sessions with that therapist.

Monthly Reporting and Billing

Samata handles therapist payments and sends clear monthly billing. Employers receive aggregate engagement insights, never individual therapy details.

Employees can schedule free 15-minute consultations before using an employer-sponsored session, helping them confirm fit before beginning care.

Continuity of Care

When employer-sponsored sessions are used, employees can continue seeing their therapist by adding a personal payment method, with continuity sessions capped at $129 per session.

Workshops & Webinar Library

Samata includes quarterly mental health workshops across participating clients, one personalized workshop per employer each year, and access to an on-demand workshop and webinar library.

Reporting, Onboarding & Support

Employers receive monthly engagement reports, concierge onboarding, and fast support from real humans for both HR teams and employees.
