Since 2020, we’ve worked alongside employers, employees, therapists, brokers, and benefits leaders to make mental health support more accessible, personalized, and easier to navigate. Throughout that journey, we’ve seen firsthand how mental health continues to shape the employee experience, workplace culture, and overall organizational wellbeing.
We’ve also learned that access to care is only part of the solution. Employees need support they can trust. Employers need benefits that create meaningful impact. And mental healthcare needs to feel approachable, human, and easy to access.
As we celebrate Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re excited to share the next chapter of Samata Health.
Six Years of Supporting Mental Health
What started as a mission to improve access to therapy has grown into a platform that helps organizations support employee mental health in more meaningful ways.
Over the past six years, we’ve helped thousands of employees connect with care, supported organizations committed to workplace wellbeing, and worked closely with mental health professionals who share our vision of making care more accessible.
Along the way, we’ve seen the challenges employees continue to face when seeking support—long wait times, complicated systems, limited provider options, and benefits that often feel difficult to navigate when people need them most.
Those experiences have shaped how we think about mental healthcare and continue to guide everything we build.
Why Workplace Mental Health Matters More Than Ever
The conversation around mental health has evolved dramatically since Samata Health was founded.
Today, organizations recognize that mental wellbeing is directly connected to employee engagement, retention, productivity, and workplace culture. Employees increasingly expect workplaces that support them as whole people, not just professionals.
At the same time, rising rates of burnout, stress, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion continue to highlight the need for accessible and effective mental health support.

A Brand That Better Reflects Our Mission
As Samata Health has evolved, it became clear that our brand and digital experience needed to evolve with it.
Over the past several months, we’ve been working on a complete refresh of the Samata Health identity. This includes a redesigned website, updated messaging, new educational resources, refreshed visuals, and a more modern digital experience that better reflects who we are today.
While the look and feel have changed, our mission remains exactly the same: helping people access the mental health support they need, when they need it.
The new brand reflects the qualities that have always been at the heart of Samata Health—trust, accessibility, empathy, and connection.
Building a Better Experience for Employees and Employers
To bring this vision to life, we partnered with Bespire, a creative and digital design studio that immediately understood both the complexity of mental healthcare and the importance of making it feel approachable.
Together, we reimagined the Samata Health experience from the ground up. From strategy and storytelling to design, development, and creative production, every decision was guided by a simple question:
How can we make mental health support feel easier to understand, easier to access, and more welcoming for the people who need it?
The result is a stronger digital presence, a new brand video, improved educational resources, and a platform experience that better supports employers, employees, brokers, consultants, and therapists alike.
What’s Next for Samata Health
This launch represents much more than a new website or a visual refresh.
It’s the foundation for what comes next.
Over the coming months, we’ll continue investing in new resources, educational content, platform enhancements, and experiences designed to help organizations better support employee mental health.
We’re also working on new ways to make care more accessible, improve the employee experience, and help employers create healthier, more resilient workplace cultures.
This is only the beginning of the next phase of Samata Health.
